Shipping policy
Free delivery in Belgium.
We ship to: The Netherlands, Luxembourg, and other EU zone 1: 14.00 euros.
Orders are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering.
Orders are delivered Monday through Friday during business hours.
All in-stock items will be shipped according to the delivery time specified in the delivery tab of each item.
When your order is ready to ship, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
The estimated delivery time depends on the country of delivery.
Items that are too bulky require special attention are provided by specialized transport. In this case, we will inform you in advance of the delivery time and we will always try to plan it with you.
Please note that furniture and large items will be delivered by specialized carriers.
All furniture deliveries are made on the ground floor, at the entrance to the house / building, by a person / driver.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will be contacted to agree on a delivery time.
If you want to be delivered to another floor or if you want your order to be installed, this is possible on request with additional delivery costs. Please contact us by email at sales@labotika.shop to get a quote for this type of delivery.
